Security Deposit Policy

The security deposit policy is designed to protect Botanical Walls Backdrops against potential damages or losses incurred during the rental period of our backdrop products.

Security Deposit Requirement

• A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking for all rental orders.

Payment Terms

• The security deposit must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

• Acceptable payment methods include [Zelle,credit card, bank transfer, etc. NO CASH].

Conditions for Refund

The security deposit will be refunded in full under the following conditions:

• The rented backdrops are returned in the same condition as received, with no damage, stains, or alterations.

• All rental items are returned on or before the agreed-upon return date.

• Any accessories or additional items included in the rental are also returned in good condition.

Deductions from Security Deposit

Botanical Walls Backdrops reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit for:

• Repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing items.

• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or stains that require additional cleaning.

Timeframe for Refund

• The security deposit will be refunded within [2 days] after the rental items are returned and inspected.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the security deposit may be forfeited based on the following terms:

• full refund if canceled 30 days in advance, 50% refund if canceled 15 days in advance, no refund if canceled less than 15 days in advance.
